Fees are charged for the services rendered as specified in terms of the documentation provided.

The Financial Service Provider is permitted to provide financial advice products as determined by Category 1.2,  the relevant legislation, i.e. Short-term insurance personal lines.

The Financial Service Provider is not rendering services under supervision as defined.

Apart from the general exemptions published, no exemptions, conditions or restrictions are applicable to the licence.

The Financial Service Provider does not hold more than 10% shares in any product supplier; the FSP does currently receive more than 30% of total annual remuneration from the product supplier/s: 1st For Women, ABSA Insurance, Auto & General, Centriq, King Price, MiWay, New National, Santam and Virseker.
